Our client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator in New York to support daily operations, scheduling, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project logistics, ensuring jobs are scheduled and executed smoothly.
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person.
  • Schedule and dispatch equipment and personnel to job sites.
  • Handle DOT oversized load permit applications and compliance.
  • Track and verify equipment deliveries and maintenance schedules.
  • Prepare customer quotes, follow up on approvals, and monitor project progress.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in construction, logistics, or field operations (oversized load experience preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and teams.
