Our client is seeking a skilled and hands-on Branch Manager to lead a team of specialized professionals based in North Carolina. This position oversees operations in the region, supporting both field service and office activities. The ideal candidate will excel at working alongside technicians in the field, as well as managing scheduling, personnel, customer relationships, and data analysis on the back end.

We are looking for a committed leader who will ensure customer success, operational excellence, and team growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the branch, including activities in the surrounding region.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain a skilled team of technicians and service managers.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations to clients on repairs, preventative maintenance, and reliability improvements.
  • Manage branch business goals, focusing on safety, recruitment, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Work alongside technicians in the field, leading by example in troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting equipment.
  • Provide expert advice to customers by identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods, and recommending system enhancements.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of services and installations by reviewing and completing required forms, reports, and inspection checklists.
  • Build and maintain customer trust by ensuring timely responses and exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Must have previous leadership experience (Branch Manager, Service Manager, Facilities Manager, etc.)
  • Previous experience in the industrial, material handling, or overhead crane industries preferred.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication, management, and analytical skills.
  • Training in workplace safety, quality management, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work at heights and maintain a safe driving record.
