Our client is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to oversee our Northern California operations. This role involves managing all aspects of branch performance, including sales, customer service, and team leadership, to ensure the achievement of business objectives and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations and foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage branch budgets, control expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activities. Develop strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure branch operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a management role within a similar industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the local market in Northern California and the ability to develop strategies tailored to this region.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the region as needed.
