Our client is seeking an Agricultural Sales Specialist based in Northwest Florida. 

This role plays a critical role in expanding and maintaining a customer base for agricultural tractors and implements. This individual is responsible for driving sales, fostering relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication, in-depth product knowledge, and timely problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and match products to customer needs by assessing their requirements and showcasing features and benefits of agricultural equipment.
  • Stay updated on product lines, market trends, and competitor activities to maintain an edge in the market.
  • Provide information on financing options to customers and assist in their decision-making process.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer connections while promptly addressing their concerns and technical issues.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibits, and product demonstrations, ensuring positive engagement with industry stakeholders.
  • Accurately record sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve credit or payment challenges as needed.

Qualifications

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the agricultural industry.
  • Previous experience in agricultural sales is required - experience in agricultural equipment sales is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset.
  • Valid driver's license.
