Position Details & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Territory Sales Representative based in South-Central Texas to develop and maintain long-term partnerships with customers while promoting a full range of products and services. This role involves building win-win solutions within an assigned territory and representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Document, track, and follow up on all sales activities to support the proposal process and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sell equipment, parts, and services as comprehensive solutions while fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Conduct field demonstrations and operate equipment at customer sites as needed.
  • Assess and evaluate used equipment for trade-in purposes.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and support teams to expedite orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics for equipment pickup and delivery.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies in all work activities.
  • Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to team meetings and communication efforts to foster a culture of teamwork and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with industry-specific software is a bonus.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to building relationships.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time or as needed.
