Position Details & Responsibilities

An established dealership specializing in material handling products is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to grow business within the South Texas region. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills and a customer-focused mindset, capable of building lasting relationships with clients and driving new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue new leads and opportunities within the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide consultative sales solutions based on customer needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share for material handling equipment and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including service and parts departments, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience preferred, preferably in material handling, heavy equipment, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently with a self-starter attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
