We are the exclusive distributor of Omme aerial lifts in North America and Platform Basket aerial lifts in the United States. They also provide delivery and field services to our customers.

The Job

Our service technicians provide maintenance in our shop and in the field for our tracked aerial lifts. These machines make use of electrical, hydraulic and sensor systems to provide the safest, most reliable experience for our customers. Our technicians test lifts for delivery, diagnose issues both on-site and over the phone, and repair all aspects of the machine. We provide preventive maintenance, annual inspections, and field service at the customer’s request. Our service is best-in-class, and our customers rely on us to keep them productive and profitable.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform “Pre-delivery Inspections” on lifts to inspect and prepare them for delivery
  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and sensor issues on aerial lifts and other similar equipment in the shop
  • Write repair reports describing the issue found and steps to resolve
  • Occasionally perform local pickup or delivery of machines in need of service
  • Perform in-shop duties as required

 

 

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 3+ years - troubleshooting and repairing electrical and hydraulic systems
  • Must be able to use a Microsoft Windows based computer to interface with the machine diagnostics
  • Must be capable of using an Android or iOS smartphone for using our field service and communications tools
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver`s license and a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to lift, push or pull 50+ pounds, climb, bend, kneel and work with arms raised
  • Ability to obtain a DOT health card
  • Must be willing to travel locally and occasionally within the United States as-needed

Desired Qualifications

  • DOT health card
  • Field mechanic experience, highly preferred
  • Small engine (gas and diesel) repair experience
  • Experience maintaining heavy equipment to include forklifts, Bobcats, Caterpillar machinery, etc.
  • Military maintenance training a plus
  • Certified telehandler operator
  • Advanced technical studies such as automotive, aircraft maintenance, or heavy equipment
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and office tools
