Our client is seeking an Product Support Manager to join their team in Arkansas.

The Product Support Manager will be responsible for growing the revenue of parts sales and services. This includes maintaining a high level of customer service to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and adhere to annual departmental budgets and forecasts of the product support sales department
• Ensure high levels of customer support and satisfaction
• Manage the product support process 
• Provide customer training on new equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in the heavy equipment industry
• Previous leadership experience within Parts or Service Departments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
