A successful and growing equipment rental company is seeking an experienced business leader to join their team as a CEO. Rental experience in conjunction with a Bachelor's Degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CEO, President, or in other senior executive leadership roles within the heavy equipment rental industry or a similar field.
• Deep understanding of heavy equipment rental operations, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving financial success.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring cross-functional teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business challenges and adapt to changing market conditions.
