At Herk & Associates, we believe some of the best leaders are developed from within. That's why we're excited to announce the promotion of Kingston Wynn to Recruiting Manager.
Kingston joined Herk & Associates in October 2020 as an Executive Recruiter, bringing with him valuable experience as an internal Senior Recruiter. Since then, he has become an integral part of our team, building lasting relationships with clients and helping organizations across the heavy equipment industry hire exceptional talent.
Throughout his time at H&A, Kingston has successfully recruited for a wide variety of positions, from sales and service leadership roles to Territory Representatives, specialized engineering positions, and executive-level opportunities including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Aftermarket. His versatility, industry knowledge, and commitment to understanding each client's unique hiring needs have earned him the trust of companies that continue to partner with him year after year.
Beyond his recruiting success, Kingston is known throughout our organization for his positive attitude, willingness to help others, and team-first mindset. Drawing on his experience coaching football, he naturally encourages, mentors, and motivates those around him — qualities that make this next step a natural progression in his career.
As Recruiting Manager, Kingston will continue serving his clients while also leading and mentoring a portion of our recruiting team. In this new role, he will help develop recruiters, share best practices, and support the continued growth of Herk & Associates as we expand our ability to serve clients throughout the equipment industry.
