A well-established transportation equipment and service organization is seeking an experienced Branch Manager in the Fort Worth, Texas area to lead day-to-day branch operations. This individual will have full responsibility for financial performance, customer satisfaction, employee development, and operational execution while maintaining a positive, safety-focused culture.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience within the transportation, truck/trailer, equipment dealership, or related industry and understands how to balance people leadership, customer relationships, and branch profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day branch operations and oversee branch employees.
  • Own branch P&L performance, including revenue, profitability, expenses, and budgets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall branch performance.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop branch employees.
  • Create a positive, accountable work environment focused on teamwork and employee growth.
  • Implement company programs, policies, procedures, and operational initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture throughout the branch.
  • Partner with leadership and other departments to support company-wide goals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Transportation industry, truck/trailer, equipment dealership, or similar management experience required.
  • Demonstrated P&L and asset management experience.
  • Sales management experience preferred.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze branch performance.
  • Mechanical aptitude required; hands-on transportation equipment experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop employees.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
