A well-established equipment dealership in Oklahoma is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations and drive overall performance.

This role is responsible for overseeing sales, service, parts, and rental operations while building a strong, customer-focused team. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership experience, solid business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple departments in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and rentals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and develop department leaders and frontline teams across the store.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while resolving escalated issues.
  • Monitor operational performance, inventory levels, and department profitability.
  • Support service and repair operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely execution.
  • Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and drive accountability across departments.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on market trends and represent the dealership within the local community.
  • Provide interim leadership coverage for open department management roles as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business or management education preferred.
  • Previous management or leadership experience within an equipment dealership or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, including sales, service, and inventory management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and drive results.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or dealership management systems.
