Our client, a well-established material handling dealership, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations for their location in Western Texas. This role is responsible for overall branch performance, including customer satisfaction, financial results, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational discipline, a customer-first mindset, and experience managing teams in a dealership or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through operational execution.
• Manage branch budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Support local marketing efforts and represent the branch within the community.
• Provide regular performance reporting and insights to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within heavy equipment, material handling, trucking equipment or a related industry.
• Strong background in operations preferred.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and branch-level performance.
• Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and foster a positive work environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Technical familiarity with equipment preferred.
