Our client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations for an equipment company location in Northern New Jersey. This is a leadership opportunity for a proven operator with branch-level experience and a strong understanding of rental operations and financial performance.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance people leadership, operational execution, and financial accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations across sales, rental, service, and administrative functions.
  • Lead and develop branch staff to drive performance, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage branch-level financial performance, including full P&L responsibility.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards.
  • Support revenue growth through strong execution of rental and customer service initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to execute business objectives and operational priorities.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience leading an equipment or rental branch is required.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and financial management experience.
  • Background in equipment rental operations required.
