Position Details & Responsibilities

Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager based in the Pacific Northwest to lead North American operations for a growing OEM organization. This role provides full leadership responsibility across sales strategy, operational execution, and overall business performance throughout the region.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in sales leadership, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while driving sustainable growth at a national level.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for North American business operations, including sales, strategy, and performance management.
• Lead and align sales leadership teams to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Develop and execute business strategies that support long-term growth and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent execution across regions and functions.
• Monitor financial performance and key metrics to ensure profitability and accountability.
• Represent the organization with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
