Our client is seeking a Product Support Manager based in Georgia to lead parts and service operations and ensure a smooth, efficient aftermarket experience for dealers and end users. This role oversees the preparation of new machines for delivery and manages the teams responsible for service, warranty, technical support, and parts.

The Product Support Manager plays a key role in ensuring machines are delivered on time, parts availability remains strong, and product support processes are both customer-friendly and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage parts and service operations to support dealers and end users.
  • Oversee machine preparation for delivery, including testing, data recording, and installation of options.
  • Ensure adequate staffing and effective leadership across parts and service teams.
  • Maintain strong communication standards, ensuring phone calls and emails are handled promptly.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure high parts availability while controlling freight and procurement costs.
  • Ensure machines are prepared and shipped by promised delivery dates.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date service manuals and documentation.
  • Oversee parts pricing accuracy and ensure pricing updates are communicated regularly to dealers.
  • Support warranty administration and technical support functions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel as needed to support dealers, teams, and operational objectives.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in the construction or agricultural equipment industry, at the manufacturer or dealer level.
  • Proven leadership experience with personnel development and team supervision.
  • Strong understanding of parts inventory management and procurement.
  • Technical aptitude with knowledge of equipment systems and warranty processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Highly dependable with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
