Position Details & Responsibilities

Our client, a global manufacturer of high-performance industrial equipment, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative based in Arizona, California, or New Mexico to expand their market presence and strengthen customer relationships across the mining, aggregate, and industrial sectors.

This role combines technical expertise with strategic selling to deliver customized equipment solutions that improve performance and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory growth and revenue goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
• Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and product presentations.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and keep CRM systems up to date.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide market feedback and competitive insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical or industrial equipment sales experience, ideally with pumps, fluid handling, or similar systems.
• Strong mechanical and application knowledge.
• Proven success in business development and consultative sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
