Our client, a well-established heavy equipment dealership, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager based in Tennessee to lead all operations for a high-performing branch. This role oversees sales, service, parts, and administrative functions while driving revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to building a strong culture, improving processes, and supporting long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all branch operations including sales, service, customer support, and administration.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, inventory levels, and operational KPIs.
  • Identify market opportunities and support the sales team in developing new business.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop branch personnel to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Implement company policies, operational standards, and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and address issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other branch leaders to share best practices and support overall company objectives.
  • Promote the dealership’s presence in the local market and ensure a positive brand reputation.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful management experience within heavy equipment, construction, rental, or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership ability with experience coaching and developing teams.
  • Solid understanding of branch operations including sales, service, and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of business accounting principles and inventory management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general business software.
  • Customer-focused, results-driven, and highly organized.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
