Our client is seeking a General Manager based in Western Florida.

The General Manager will oversee the Sales, Parts and Service Departments to achieve the financial goals of the organization. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee the dealership's financial operations
• Review and analyze monthly P&L statements
• Work with the sales department to develop territory sales goals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Oversee a team of territory managers and assist them in developing their territories and hitting sales objectives

Qualifications

• College degree required
• 10+ years of industry-related experience
• Previous sales experience
• Previous management experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
