Our client is a full-service equipment dealership seeking a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) in South-Central Texas to join their service department.

They are looking for an ambitious individual who is ready to provide top-tier customer service and find solutions for each client's circumstances. The goal of the PSSR is to build relationships with customers and sell maintenance packages and repairs. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Utilize sales calls to build relationships with current and new customers in the territory
• Quote and sell parts and service jobs
• Perform follow-up calls on completed sales
• Provide limited technical support as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of heavy equipment is preferred
• Understanding of equipment components, repair durations, and overall technical competence
• Demonstrated sales success and strong customer relationship skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
