Position Details & Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a VP of Marketing to join their team in a state located in the South Central region. This is a senior-level role that will be the head of the company's marketing efforts.

The VP of Marketing will formulate and execute marketing and communication initiatives for the organization to achieve business objectives, boost sales, and strengthen brand presence.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and implement marketing and communication plans that align with the organization's business goals, mission, and values
• Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure team success
• Collaborate with departments across the organization to align communication strategies with overall organizational goals
• Implement brand development strategies to increase the organization's reputation and visibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years of senior leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization skills with a data-driven mindset
• Previous experience with Agricultural or Construction Equipment
