Position Details & Responsibilities

As the Eastern United States leading supplier of Foundation Drilling and Piling Equipment, Equipment Corporation of America is seeking an experienced Equipment Account Manager to sell various types of industrial drilling, piling equipment and rock drills.  They will also sell foundation and anchored earth retention drills, hydraulic vibratory and impact pile hammers and various other foundation products.  The ideal candidate will be energetic, have good people skills, and great networking abilities to help grow our established presence in the requested territory!

Job duties:

  • Promote the sale and rental of various lines of equipment.
  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Generate new accounts.
  • Consult with new / prospective customers on equipment needs.
  • Complete necessary sales, finance and rental documentation.
  • Attend trade shows.
  • Actively attend industry related associations.
  • Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty


Previous experience in the sales of Cranes, Drill Rigs, and Heavy Equipment is strongly preferred. Technical background is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor`s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or three to five years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Candidate Must Reside within the Sales Terriotry Of Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Kentucky, or Tennessee.
