Position Details & Responsibilities

To bring their experience in Parts Sales Representative and anticipating needs towards making appropriate sales to clients. The role will include familiarizing oneself with the customer base and machinery, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through assisting with parts.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Greet customers and answering phones
  • Parts Sourcing
  • Follow through with the proper parts sales process
  • Multitasking to manage a high-volume of customer service issues
  • Coordinate with counterparts in the service department to complete orders
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain information in dealership database to keep accurate notes/records
  • Anticipate customer needs and reach out proactively to discuss parts solutions
  • Handle national/international freight negotiations and logistics
  • Build close working relationships with suppliers and freight companies





  • Experience in a fast-paced dealership or equivalent customer service environment
  • 2+ years proven retail sales experience and direct customer service
  • Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new machinery
  • Familiarity with CRMs and/or other customer information tracking technology, as well as standard windows/office applications
  • Strong record of good attendance and timeliness
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the construction industries or heavy equipment is a huge plus
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
