We have a New Opportunity in OH with a leading OEM for a Breaker Attachments Product Support Represenative.
This position is primarily responsible for serving as an interface between customers, products, sales team and customer service. Responsible for troubleshooting customers equipment set ups in the field, assist in equipment set ups, provides educational training on how to repair product, troubleshooting technical problems with host equipment, diagnosing, analyzing and repairing our product by performing the following duties.
Provides training sessions on how to properly maintain and or repair attachment equipment, either at customers site or at Kent facility.
Assists customers with proper set up of attachment equipment with the specific host machines.
Troubleshoots/diagnosis set up to maximize operational results in the field.
Maintains call log on reported issues and resolutions.
Researches and analyzes data such as customer equipment needs, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
Provides technical support to external customers, and internal customers such as sales reps, shop floor and customer service.
Resolves customer complaints by taking prompt and appropriate action to maintain excellent customer relations, by being fair, honest, courteous and appreciative for our customers’ business.
Assist the sales department with special projects and technical problems when needed.
Travels with Reginal Sales Managers and assists in technical sales calls.
Travel required 50% +.
5 + Years of Experience
Breaker Attachments knowledge desirable
Must be willing to travel
