We have a new opportunity for an experienced Equipment Sales Professional to cover Northern WI.

We are looking for an individual to help serve agricultural, commercial, municipal and consumer customers. The ideal candidate would be determined to create an exceptional customer experience, bring enthusiasm to their job, and have a shared passion for the great outdoors.

This individual will work in a fast-paced, family environment, while being provided a competitive base pay, with a bonus structure, a company vehicle, and great benefits.

This is a great opportunity to join a dealership with a strong presence and book of business in the area, They represent a variety of equipment for one of the leading names in the Industry including commercial products, turf, and small Ag.

You will also have the ability to Sell Rentals in this role.

We are looking for a proven Equipment Sales Professional that can grow the business in an assigned territory and follow up on leads in a timely manner and build long-term customer relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily territory management and revenue growth through on-site visits to customers, in addition to contacting potential customers via telephone.
  • Plan and organize business strategies to achieve desired results and exceed quota by selling equipment.
  • Promote the sale of equipment lines and affiliated product lines.
  • Promote the value and capabilities of our Parts and Service operations.
  • Complete sales orders, all additional sales workflow paperwork, and documentation to complete transactions.
  • Document daily calls to customers and develop weekly, monthly, and annual goals for contacts

Qualifications

Experience and skills:

  • Sales experience with a proven track record within the equipment industry or 5+ years of sales experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of construction equipment preferred.
  • Understanding of local competition and markets in order to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work additional hours in the evening and/or weekends if needed.
  • Must work effectively with all levels of the company -- Parts, Service, and Sales.
