Position Details & Responsibilities

We have a New Service Manager (Director of Repairs) opportunity in the greater Phoenix area (MESA) with a leading and well-established Manufacturer.  

As a Service Manager, you are responsible for the health of your department. Which includes but not limited to managing a team of around 10, field and in house service technicians. Communicating with customers and the sales staff regarding services being performed.

 Directs overall service department operations.

  • Displays broad knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services provided.
  • Assists technicians in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
  • Exhibits professional behavior that promotes teamwork, fosters cooperation and collaboration, and enhances productivity in the workplace in a time-conscious and efficient manner
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with coworkers and customers.
  • Well-organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This is a Salaried position with Great Benefits including Matching 401K.


  • Minimum of 5 years of heavy equipment industry experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience
  • Must have a clean driving record.

• Needs strong computer skills and proficiency with ERP systems
