We have a NEW GM opportunity in North Dakota.

We are looking for a General Manager with Multiple Store Management experience currently located in North Dakota or that is willing to consider relocation to that area.

This role will have sales, operational and P&L responsibility for a group of branches with revenues in the $100M-$150M range. Our client is seeking an exceptionally adept leader of people and organizations, who is driven to elevate his/her organization to the highest levels of performance and success. Along with overseeing the financial performance of the region, this General Manager will be tasked with championing the company’s people-focused culture.

This is a GREAT opportunity to join a very Highly Respected Dealership and Manage 4 – 8 Locations depending on experience.

This position will offer a Strong Salary + Bonus and Vehicle and will also provide Relocation assistance.

Compensation for this role is very aggressive and our client is willing to make this very attractive financially to Qualified Candidates.

Qualifications

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• 5+ years experience managing a retail location or in a corporate management role
• Multi Location Management in the Heavy equipment industry or competitive products
• Ability to lead and motivate others
• Proven managerial ability in the areas of financial management, marketing experience and a solid understanding of sales, parts and service operations
• Solid analytical, business planning, problem solving, communication, motivational and inter-personal people skills and process driven mentality
• Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Business or equivalent experience required
