Herk and Associates is searching for a high level CFO for a large and growing equipment company in the northeast. This role needs someone with a strong financial background, who is operationally focused and business minded, and has experience working with a large organization.. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus
• Experience in a high-level finance role required
• Experience managing over $100mil in revenue
• Experience with Acquisition opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
