Position Details & Responsibilities

We have a New Service Manager opportunity in Elko, NV.


The primary function of the Service Manager is the supervision of the day-to-day operations of the Service Department with a particular emphasis on quality of work, timeliness of repairs, and communication with customers.




  1. Supervises all Service Department employees.


  1. Verifies all repairs upon completion for quality of work performed and customer satisfaction with completed work.


  1. Oversees the accurate estimating of all Service work, in terms of labor and materials.


  1. Responsible for communications with customers concerning actual and potential repairs when Service Writer needs assistance.


  1. Reviews and analyzes performance results, financial statements, and takes corrective action, when applicable.


  1. Creates and uses specific plans and programs designed to meet sales and profit targets.


  1. Organizes, trains, and develops all Service Shop employees.




We are looking for a Sr Service Manager with at least 5+ years of experience.

Experience Training and Developing Technician`s and Employee`s skills is very important in this role.
