Herk and Associates has been retained by a top tier heavy equipment dealer in Ohio to find an experienced Branch Manager! This is a role that will be responsible for managing the sales operations across a large location and will work to increase the efficiency and revenue. We are looking for entrepreneur minded individuals that can take over and run this branch.

Qualifications

Requirements

Strong sales background in heavy equipment, construction, ag, or trucking. Preferrably in a dealership setting

P & L experience required

Experience managing a branch required

Strong organizational and communication skills
