Herk & Associates is recruiting either a Product Training Specialist or a Senior Training Instructor for a global manufacturer of heavy equipment. This role will be based in either North Dakota or Colorado, with the understanding that any candidates based in Colorado will experience additional travel requirements.

Relocation assistance will be provided for this role.

This role will be responsible for developing and delivering learning solutions to enable the success of our client's dealerships. A key part of this role is facilitating training classes on the brand's products via in-person, virtual, and hybrid methods.

Candidates should act as internal product experts to deliver maximum results. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3+ years of technical training experience
• Ability to facilitate engaging learning programs
• Ok with 40% - 60% travel
