Position Details & Responsibilities

Our client is a heavy construction equipment dealer with branches in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. They are seeking a Preventive Maintenance Manager in New Jersey who will be responsible for managing their Preventative Maintenance program. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
• Generate PM quotes for the Sales Team, Parts and Service Sales Representatives, and external customers
• Maintain and update the database of all active PM agreements, ensuring machines' maintenance is kept on schedule
• Develop and manage all SAM schedules to align with all current and past machine models
• Resolve any internal or external disputes related to PM work orders and quotes

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License

Required Skills: 

• Effective Communication
• Leadership, Industry Technical, Customer Service and Business Management 
• Computer Literacy 

Experience:

• 7 Years in the Construction Machinery Industry
• Service Manager/Service Writer/Service Technician or related fields is a plus
