Herk & Associates has been retained by a rapidly growing distributor of industrial equipment and supplies in the Twin Cities area seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive growth and opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and dealers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.
• Attend industry events to network and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.

 

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of industrial/agriculture equipment and supplies is a plus.
