Position Details & Responsibilities

Our client is a manufacturer of construction equipment and has engaged us to help fill a National Field Service position. This role will be responsible for supporting the equipment repair and service needs for their dealership network. Along with providing technical guidance, this role will work with customers and handle product demonstrations. 

We think this position would be ideal for a service technician who enjoys traveling and wants to move into a position with an OEM.

NOTE: Must be bilingual in English/Spanish

Responsibilities: 

• Analyze technical issues of products 
• Carry out repairs and maintenance in the field
• Work with Product Specialists on potential solutions development
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist with client product training
• Prepare and submit accurate reports in a timely manner
• Ensure full compliance of policies, procedures, and Health & Safety legislation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working as a technician in the earthmoving industry
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Able to analyze technical problems and carry out repairs in the field
• Ok with extensive travel, both locally and internationally 50%
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
