Our client is a well-known global OEM in the material handling industry, and they are seeking an experienced Field Service Representative. This position will provide technical support to technicians and dealerships as well as provide products and training. This position will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved. Partner with a successful, growing organization that offers stability and room for career growth.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement service policies and procedures
• Ensure that all repairs and maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work performed
• Suggestion inventory of spare parts and consumables
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Experience working in or with dealership service centers required
• Previous experience in aftersales service preferred, preferably in a forklift dealership or related industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good technical knowledge of forklifts and related equipment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
