Herk & Associates has teamed up with a well-known heavy equipment dealership to help them find a Parts Manager in Pennsylvania to join their team.  This person will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the Parts Department.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Parts Department to ensure customer satisfaction
• Lead the team of Parts Department employees and communicate expectations to them
• Collaborate with Sales and Service department managers to maintain a positive team environment
• Ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating daily operations of the Parts Department

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Agricultural Industry experience and knowledge preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong multitasker, team player, and detail-oriented
• Strong managerial skills
• Strong computer skills
