Position Details & Responsibilities

We have a new opportunity with a leading dealership in PA for a Regional Operations Manager.

The Operations Manager will manage and support the day-to-day operations of Dock & Door personnel including Service Managers, Parts Managers, Product Support Specialists, Allied staff, Rental Support staff, Technicians, Administrative Support staff, and 3rd party partners, contractors, and vendors. 

This is a Great opportunity to join a Top Dealership in PA and help them grow a newly created Business Unit. 

As the leader of this group, the Operations Manager will manage a large internal staff across 4 locations and help design and implement operations and growth. The company is also considering opening a dedicated facility for this group, making this a great chance to impact and grow the business. 

Our client has a strong customer base and years of experience providing Parts and Service and are now transitioning the team to a separate Business Unit that the Operations Manager will oversee and lead. 

This will be a salaried position + bonus and vehicle allowance and our client is very flexible on compensation dependent on previous experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience managing multiple service and parts locations, specifically in the Dock and Door Business would be ideal.

We will also consider candidates from related Industries such as Material Handling or Construction or Heavy Equipment.

Must be experienced managing a large group of employees including Technicians or Service Managers.
