Herk and Associates has been retained by a Dealer in the Crane Industry to Recruit an Outside Sales Representative to join their team and be responsible for Sales and Rental of Equipment in Virginia. 

This is an great opportunity to join an established company that is growing and to represent some of the top Brands in the Crane business. 

The position offers a very competitive compensation plan including base salary plus commission, a vehicle allowance, and excellent benefits. 

Qualifications

Requirements: 

• Project Management - must be able to handle multiple projects at any given time
• Excellent communication skills - will work closely with the Dispatcher
• Must be confident making cold calls to customers
• Must have a strong business acumen - will work one on one with customers, building relationships and pricing strategies
