Herk & Associates is recruiting a Leadership Training Manager for one of California`s leading dealers of construction, ag, and power equipment. The position will be headquartered in Los Angeles County and requires up to 30% travel locally. 

The Leadership Training Manager will be responsible for developing & implementing soft-skill training initiatives for the company`s leadership team. Work closely with human resources representatives, managers, supervisors, and employees to identify training needs and provide solutions that will enhance employee interactions, job performance, leadership skills while enabling career growth. Responsible for curriculum design, development, and facilitating trainings for assigned topics. Effectively assess the need for external training consultants through research and analysis; providing appropriate recommendations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience specializing in Human Resources, Training or Organizational Development.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a corporate learning position; managing design, development, implementation, and assessment of learning & development programs.
