Herk and Associates has been retained by a growing dealership in Texas to find an experience Division Sales Manager. 

The Division Sales Manager is responsible for sales, gross margins, and overall profit of the sales departments across multiple locations.

Sales Management experience from within a dealer environment who can manage multiple Sales Reps Required.

Candidates must have a strong Sales Management background to be considered.

Qualifications

• Prior Sales Management Experience in a dealership required
• Emphasis on knowledge in Construction, AG, or material handling industry required.
• Strong Management and Leadership background 
• Ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers and fellow employees
