Herk and Associates has teamed up with a leading Equipment Repair and Rental company in PA to help them identify an experienced Service Manager.

This is a great opportunity for a natural leader with excellent customer service skills to grow with an established company.

Qualifications

• The Service Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of service operations and managing the overall performance of all areas of the service center.
• Ability to manage employee`s, delegate work, and be the point of contact for all service customers to ensure efficient operations.
• Must have mechanical abilities including hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Requires excellent organizational skills.
• AWP knowledge is preferred.
