Herk & Associates is recruiting a Territory Sales Manager for a Global Construction & Forestry Attachments OEM. The position will be remote-based with 50-60% travel to cover Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. Eligible candidates must currently reside in (or be willing to relocate to) MI, IN, OH, or KY. 

We are looking for a quality-driven team member to manage equipment sales. This individual is responsible for selling land clearing attachments to equipment dealers and contractors; requiring establishing new & maintaining existing customer relationships. Must operate machinery and coordinate/conduct field demonstrations for operators and dealers when needed. The role requires someone with a strong sales background & hunter mentality as they will be responsible for increasing revenue and sales within a large territory. Position reports directly to the CEO.


  • 10+ years of experience in sales of forestry or construction machinery required.
  • This is a highly technical sale so the right candidate will be hands-on expert in the forestry/construction industry.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with CRM systems required.
  • Exemplary organization skills 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience and physical ability to safely operate, demonstrate, and drive equipment.
  • Must be able to commit to up to 60% travel with the self-motivation and drive to work remotely 40%.
