Herk & Associates has been retained by a reputable equipment dealer in the Metro Los Angeles area to help them identify an experienced and talented Parts Manager to add to their team.

They want someone who can train and monitor the parts team`s performance and maintain solid vendor relationships. This person will be managing P&L, inventory, and customer growth. 

Must be a go-getter and display a sense of urgency, insight, & energy! 

Qualifications

Responsibilities will include:

  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Must have strong decision-making skills.
  • Inventory management
  • Train, motivate, and supervise subordinates in tasks
  • Drive sales for the Parts Department
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have experience in sourcing parts from multiple vendors.
