Position Details & Responsibilities

The Service Manager is responsible for all service and support activities. Responsibilities include:

Manage/Oversee day to day activities of Service department personnel including providing job descriptions, technical advice, and gather necessary parts for the technicians to prepare them for their service jobs.

Manager workflow & Scheduling to achieve the highest levels of customers satisfaction and shop efficiency.

Manage services, repairs of all machine’s customer and internal machines.

Manage new and used equipment inspections, service, and preparation for the Sales & Rental Departments.

Manager shop & customer communications including technical advice/trouble shooting.

Manage the work order process starting with opening jobs in our computer system.

Effectively manage all WIP and develop quotes.

Conduct regular meetings to coordinate activities, provide guidance, gather information, and communicate strategies to stay on top of all tasks at hand.

Strengthen and maintain customer relationships.

Consistently enforce work rules and company policies.

Occasionally participate in sales call with sales reps.

Compliance with all safety programs.


Skill Requirements:

10-15 years of relate job experience.

Prior Management experience.

Computer proficient.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Well organized/detailed oriented
