Herk & Associates has been Retained by a heavy equipment Company in Wisconsin to help them identify a New Service Manager.

We would like to find a True Management Professional who can not only Lead but that can also help Design and Implement new Processes that will aid in the continued growth and professionalism of the organization.

Qualifications

• 2 years + Service/Operations Management experience for heavy equipment/trucking or construction company
• Verifiable Analytical Skills to make Sound Decisions
• Demonstrated Effective Leadership Experience - able to lead, coach & motivate
• P & L experience required
• Computer skills required
