Herk & Associates has been retained by an OEM to fill an OEM Product Support Technician within their organization in California. This role will be responsible for managing technical requests, and providing technical/product support to dealers, distributors and employees as needed over the phone to enable them to perform autonomous troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Heavy Equipment required
• Technical or mechanical background
• Ability to understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
