Herk and Associates has been hired by an equipment dealership in Ohio to find a Field Service Coordinator. This person will have a technical background, excellent computer skills, and great customer service experience. This role will be the liaison between the customer and technicians to help resolve and schedule issues with equipment.

Qualifications

• Technical background with heavy equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills (word, excel, outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
