Herk & Associates has been retained by a Dealer in the Trucking Industry to find an accomplished and results-driven Parts Counter Specialist to join their team. This position is responsible for customer relations, achieving assigned sales goals, and maintaining inventory control.

The ideal candidate will have some exposure to heavy-duty parts in a dealership environment as well as possessing excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers. Our client is a growing organization offering full benefits and competitive compensation. 

Qualifications

• Meet sales volume and return on sales objectives through assisting customers and service technicians for parts needs
• Achieve maximum inventory turnover, parts availability and minimize surplus through administration utilizing the Company’s Inventory Control System
• Develop and maintain effective and efficient parts organization through knowledge and expertise in the heavy-duty parts industry
• Maintain safety and good housekeeping policies and procedures
• High School diploma or equivalent
