Parts & Service Sales Representative

Position Details & Responsibilities

To manage the sales and marketing efforts on behalf of the company for all parts and service sales within a defined sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

-Cultivate and manage existing customer relationships.
-Identify and seek to acquire new customers within assigned sales territory.
-Generate incremental service and parts business for the company.
-Serve as a liaison, as needed, between customers and the appropriate company personnel to resolve any customer issues or concerns.
-Prepare and present quotations for service and parts work on any branh of equipment.
-Prepare thorough and accurate appraisals on proposed trade-in units.
-Prepare and submit all applicable sales reports.
-Identify and report any noticable changes in market trends or pricing which may affect company operations.
-Maintain and supply specific marketing information as requested, including information related to competitive dealers, products and manufacturers.
-Develop short and long-term sales and marketing strategies for the assigned sales territory to aid the company operations in achieving its overall goals and objectives.
-Provide input to assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other short and long-term planning efforts.
-Assist in the collection efforts of delinquent accounts as requested, asnd when deemed appropriate.
-Enhance sales expertise through self-study, company sponsored sales meetings, and industry seminars and trade shows.
-Conduct all business activities at the highest level of ethical standards.

Field Mechanic

Position Details & Responsibilities

5 years field experience repairing construction and/or forestry equipment, must have good troubleshooting skills and the ability to use scan tools and laptop programs. Experience in cranes would be helpful. This position requires you must have your own hand tools and a current CDL with a good driving record. This position requires you to participate in random drug screenings. This individual needs to be able to work with customers with a very positive and professional manor, maintain a driver's log book, write accurate legible service reports and neatly fill out and turn in all company required paper work. The job requires you to be able to work alone without supervision and also requires you to work overtime as needed.

Position Details & Responsibilities

Hi-Way Service Ltd. is the largest independent dealer of Case Construction equipment and Case IH Agriculture equipment in Canada. We own and operate a network of 15 dealership branches located throughout Alberta in which we sell and service construction and agricultural equipment. Due to our tremendous growth over the past 2 years and recent restructuring we are in need of the following position:

Regional Service Manager

This position will be responsible for managing and overseeing all Service departments in our Hi-Way Service Ltd division.

The main duties of the Regional Service Manager include:

• Work with service managers at all Alberta branches to ensure results are achieved.

• Oversee employee development

• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate action plans

• Budgeting and financial reporting

• Monitor health, safety and environmental issues

• Travel to all branches will be required

• Analyze and interpret financial data, management reports, and trade/technical information

• Work with and communicate with senior and executive level management

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years of management experience

• Must have experience in an Agriculture/Construction Dealership

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Able to supervise and train staff, which includes employee development and performance maintenance

• Knowledge of current trends and issues in the industry
