Position Details & Responsibilities

To manage the sales and marketing efforts on behalf of the company for all parts and service sales within a defined sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

-Cultivate and manage existing customer relationships.
-Identify and seek to acquire new customers within assigned sales territory.
-Generate incremental service and parts business for the company.
-Serve as a liaison, as needed, between customers and the appropriate company personnel to resolve any customer issues or concerns.
-Prepare and present quotations for service and parts work on any branh of equipment.
-Prepare thorough and accurate appraisals on proposed trade-in units.
-Prepare and submit all applicable sales reports.
-Identify and report any noticable changes in market trends or pricing which may affect company operations.
-Maintain and supply specific marketing information as requested, including information related to competitive dealers, products and manufacturers.
-Develop short and long-term sales and marketing strategies for the assigned sales territory to aid the company operations in achieving its overall goals and objectives.
-Provide input to assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other short and long-term planning efforts.
-Assist in the collection efforts of delinquent accounts as requested, asnd when deemed appropriate.
-Enhance sales expertise through self-study, company sponsored sales meetings, and industry seminars and trade shows.
-Conduct all business activities at the highest level of ethical standards.

5 years field experience repairing construction and/or forestry equipment, must have good troubleshooting skills and the ability to use scan tools and laptop programs. Experience in cranes would be helpful. This position requires you must have your own hand tools and a current CDL with a good driving record. This position requires you to participate in random drug screenings. This individual needs to be able to work with customers with a very positive and professional manor, maintain a driver's log book, write accurate legible service reports and neatly fill out and turn in all company required paper work. The job requires you to be able to work alone without supervision and also requires you to work overtime as needed.

The main duties and responsibilities of the General Manager Agriculture include:

• Work with managers in all departments including parts, sales and service to ensure alignment with corporate goals and ensure results are achieved.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate action plans

• Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures

Position Details & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Engineer to be part of our Process Engineering Team. Primary responsibilities will be continuous improvement of foundry processes with a focus on sand and binder systems within our global steel foundries. The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in green sand, no-bake and shell processes in a steel foundry and is adept at collection and analysis of data, root cause identification, systematic problem solving, and application of statistical methods, DOE and other quality tools. This position will provide technical support and advice to Manufacturing and Product Engineering to improve quality, reduce process variation and improve the robustness of products and processes. Will be expected to contribute to the technical leadership of ESCO by keeping abreast of process and technical advancements and ensuring self and department continue to grow in technical knowledge and skills. Work effectively both within teams and independently. Manage schedules and resources. Communicate effectively to stakeholders, peers, management and suppliers verbally, in writing and through presentations. Proficiency in computer skills for communication, analysis, and preferably CAD and/or Solidification modeling.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a BS or MS in Materials or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline. Minimum of 3 years steel foundry experience with expertise in sand and binder systems. 6SBB and/or PE registration a plus. The candidate for this position must have the ability to work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to work in a foundry environment. Ability to travel up to 40% at times as needed for business.
