Rudd Equipment Company is seeking a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative.

As a Sales Representative, you will promote heavy equipment products, identify new leads with the overall goal to expand our customer base. This role is expected to develop excellent customer relations and maintain customer satisfaction to successfully meet assigned sales goals, generate new revenue, establish new customer accounts and service existing accounts within assigned territory.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in sales, marketing and/or business is essential
  • Outside business-to-business sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage projects effectively and work independently
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage assigned territory, develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, smartphones, and tablets a plus
  • Must possess and maintain safe driving record with a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Travel is required
  • In-depth knowledge of the customer base for our products required
  • Qualified candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, demonstrated negotiation skills, are self -motivated and can effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
